Professor Vernon Smith, Nobel Laureate in economics, visited GATE

Professor Smith visited GATE and our experimental platform GATE-Lab. He gave a lecture "Learning from Experiments that Fail to Confirm Beliefs: Three Cases" on November 7 at 10:45am (GATE amphitheater; open to all).

On November 6, the University of Lyon confered the title of Doctor Honoris Causa to Professor Vernon Smith, laureate of the Nobel Prize in economic sciences in 2002 and Professor at Chapman University for his research works in experimental economics.
