Maxime Le Bihan
PhD student
Labor Economics, Job search, experimental economics, behavioral economics, incentives
I’m currently a PhD student in behavioral and labor economics under the supervision of Marie Claire Villeval (GATE) and Pierre Cahuc (CREST). My research interests lie in the area of decision making, job search and incentive theory. I work with the French national agency for employment Unédic to analyze the behavior of job seekers. By using experiments to determine the behavioral mechanisms underlying the job search process, my work aims at helping policy makers to design unemployment insurance policies.
