Description
Behav-Lab is composed of thirty computers. The computers are placed in separated cubicles to forbid uncontrolled interactions between the participants during the experiment. The computers run on Windows 10 and the software for running experiments is z-Tree (Zurich Toolbox for Ready-made Economic Experiments) (Fischbacher, 2007).
The experimenter can monitor the experiment from a separate control room, so that subjects make their decisions without the feeling of being observed. Each cubicle is equipped with an alert system.
